LAGOS-2015 Registration

Registration fees for LAGOS is as follows (in BRL brazilian reais):

Members of SBC (Brazilian Computer Society) have a discount of 15%. Registration is free for invited speakers.

For each accepted paper, at least one author, even if you are a student, must finish Early Registration to guarantee that the paper will be included in the proceedings.(There is NO refund for registration fees on author registrations).

Registration fee includes conference kit (except for accompanying people), welcome cocktail, social event, conference dinner and coffee breaks. Accompanying people fee is free if they do not intend to attend the conference dinner and the social event. Invoices will be issued at the symposium.

The Registration fee also includes transfer airport-hotel (Sunday 10-may 15h and 22h, Monday 11-may 14h, 17h and 20h30) and transfer hotel-airport (Friday 11h and 13h). The LAGOS'15 welcome cocktail begins at Monday 19h.

To register, please send and email to with the subject LAGOS-2015 Registration Fee, including your name, institution, country, ocupation (professor or student), title of the paper you will present (if any) and which transfer you are planning to take from the airport to the hotel (10-may 15h, 10-may 22h, 11-may 14h, 11-may 17h or 11-may 20:30h).

We will send you as soon as possible a response email explaining how to pay the registration fee. Please do so (and pay) before 4-April.

Grants for Students

There will be a limited number of scholarships to partially support the participation of students in LAGOS-2015. Any student can apply, but scholarships are intended primarily for (but not limited to) students with accepted paper and graduate students. If you wish to apply, please send us an e-mail until 30-March, 2015 with the subject "[LAGOS'15] Grants for Students" to with the following information: NAME, DEPARTMENT, UNIVERSITY, COUNTRY, ADVISOR NAME, LEVEL (undergrad, master, PhD) AND YEAR OF STUDIES, TITLE OF THE SUBMITTED PAPER (IF ANY), SHORT CURRICULUM.
